I created this with inspiration from an awesome gimp bokeh tut (see credits below)! Thanks so much. Thanks also to redheadstock aka Obsidian Dawn for those amazing Sparklies brushes! I created the cat paw bokeh brush myself and hope to submit a set including it soon. this was so fun!
